Walk up & phone bookings currently available across Auckland this week - back to normal walk up service from this Fri 3rd Dec! 

BOOKING PROCESS FOR AUCKLAND STORES 

> Please visit your nearest store in person to book your slot for that day or try phoning, we will do our best to pick up around around clients.

> See here for your local store opening hours. If you are lining up to book, please make sure to social distance and wear a mask at all times. 

> Bookings operate on a first come first served basis, with names being allocated to an hour slot during that particular day. You will need to write your name into a space that is available, suits you and then sign that you are double vaccinated and able to present your vaccine certificate upon entry. 

> If we can take you, we will book you in right there and then & get you into the chair! Please note that if we are running behind time, we may need to limit the service types available during this time to just haircuts. 

> Note we are unable to take bookings via email or social media as we simply do not have enough staff to manage the level of booking requests across our network.

> If you are not on site at the time of your scheduled appointment, your spot will not be held open. Please show up on the hour you’re booked so we can accommodate you. You may have a small wait but our intention is to have you seen within that hour. 

> Once bookings are full for the day, clear signage will be displayed in the store window, and we ask you come back another day, or after the 3rd Dec when we are able to operate with our normal processes. Alternatively there may be spots that do become free throughout the day, so you are welcome to try your luck. 

The way we deliver the best service is by keeping our barbers free to do what they do best, which is getting you all looking your best again! Please bear with us while we work through the heavy demand, and most importantly please remember to be kind to our staff & to each other.

HEALTH & SAFETY INFO

BarberShopCo has always taken client and team health and safety seriously. We've outlined below the key measures which we will have in place across all of our store locations to keep both our clients and staff safe and protected. 

> The NZ government has mandated that all staff and clients be fully vaccinated as we move forward. Please note we are required to check vaccine passes so make sure to have yours handy. No vax = no visit, we are only able to accept NZ issued vaccine passports at present. 

> All of our staff are double vaccinated & will be wearing masks at all times. Mask wearing is encouraged for clients, apart from when you are receiving services that require these to be temporarily removed. (You will need to show evidence of any exemption).

> Social distancing measures will be in place, with certain numbers allowed in store at any one time.

> With hand basins in front of every cutting station and the best hospital grade disinfectant in our stores, our regular client ritual will ensure you're in safe hands at all times.
